Australian poker pro Martin Kozlov earned would earn win #1 on the live tournament circuit on this day in 2010. Kozlov would go on to defeat 2015 WSOP 5K Six-Max finalist James Obst heads-up at ANZPT Melbourne for what remains today the most profitable win of his poker career.

Kozlov won the Sydney Championships in 2014 and has earned Top 10 finishes at EPT London and at the World Series of Poker in Las Vegas, Enghien-les-Bains and Melbourne since earning his first result on the circuit back in 2007.
