Bigger is most definitely better when it comes to the World Series Of Poker. A record 107,833 entries took part this year across the 69 bracelet events, which is up 4.2% from last year. It’s only the second time the WSOP has attracted over 100,000 entries. $221,211,336 was given away and a total of 15,767 players cashed this year – more then ever before after payouts were changed to 15% of the eld. But, behind the numbers, it’s the human stories that make the World Series truly unique.
