German star Fedor Holz ended the 2015 poker season by winning the final major event on the calendar at WPT Alpha8 Las Vegas at Bellagio. Days later, and the 2016 poker year has already as Manila played host to the $200,000 buy-in Triton Super High Roll Series Cali Cup as part of the WPT National Philippines schedule.
Holz wasted no time breaking his career-best cash at Alpha8 by taking down the title in Manila, earning a whopping $5,052,719 in winnings in his last two tournaments - life’s good if you’re Fedor!
