Did you know that Golden Globes Award Winner James Woods is also an accomplished poker player?
Woods has amassed over $168K in winnings in the past 11 years on the live tournament circuit … most recently, the man who won the Golden Globe for his performance in the 1986 film ‘Promise’, would come oh so close to adding a gold bracelet to his trophy case this past summer, finishing 7th in a No-Limit Hold’em Shootout event at the World Series of Poker in Las Vegas.
Nicholas Petrangelo, one of the best poker players on tour in 2015, ended up winning the event.
