The PokerListings Daily 3-Bet is a cheap t-shirt, a salty tongue and a memorable piece of afternoon poker news memorabilia to hang in the grind house.

Today in the 3-Bet we find the WPT Bay 101 drawing big, Eddy Sabat gets the T-shirt of his dreams and the Cash Game Kings back at it.
1) Bay 101 Delivers
As we said before the WPT Bay 101 Shooting Star event is one of the most popular stops on tour for many reasons. One, of course, is the fun atmosphere and non-traditional play inspired by having a celebrity Shooting Star at every table.
The other big net benefit? The action and atmosphere bring out a lot of players who want in on it – and who stick around for a rebuy.
Day 1a of the $7,500 Main Event got underway yesterday with $2,500 bounties dropping like flies and 119 players left at the end of the day led by Eddy Sabat.
Day 1b is set to get underway shortly in San Jose with a whole new slew of Shooting Stars including Kitty Kuo and Igor Kurganov.
So far, tournament director Matt Savage says, over 600 players have regged with reg open until 11pm tonight. That means a $5m+ prize pool already.
2) Brunson Goes Blue on Bounty T-Shirt
Speaking of Eddy Sabat … the long-time grinder who narrowly missed the 2014 WSOP November Nine finished Day 1a at the WPT Bay 101 with the chip lead which meant he earned the tidy $10,000 chip leader bonus.
As luck would have it he also drew/busted noted poker pro/longshoreman Todd Brunson as the Shooting Star at his table, which gave him a $2,500 bonus and the signed t-shirt of his dreams. Said Sabat to the WPT reporting team:
“Todd and I go way back in this tournament. He probably doesn’t remember, but every time we always talk about his t-shirt stories and what he draws [and writes] on them.
“I just let him know at the start of the day that I wanted every expletive he could think of. I didn’t want him to change anything, I didn’t want a G-rated t-shirt. I wanted the real deal.”

Bertrand ‘ElkY’ Grospellier, Martin Kahbrel, Eugene Katchalov, Theo Jorgensen and Leon Tsoukernik in a live €100/€100 cash game?
Yes, please – although we’re not sure ElkY will be around long as he just lost a blockbuster with two-pair to Kahbrel’s set:
